Introducing Lukas, a Chocolate 101 instructor with a master's degree in food manufacturing from Cambridge University. He gained valuable experience at a leading craft chocolate subscription company in the UK before founding Cacao Magazine over 5 years ago. Lukas's globetrotting adventures have taken him from chocolate makers ranging from Iceland to Thailand.
